Play and Grow, LLC is owned by Megan Cabanel, an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association certified Speech-Language Pathologist, with over 13 years experience in the field. She has worked in school settings and outpatient clinics throughout the country.  She has a passion for providing neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, play and interest based therapy.  Megan believes in collaborating with families/guardians, team members and schools to help with carry-over in all settings. 

Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Northeastern University and obtained her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She maintains licensure in Maine and New Hampshire.

Megan has special interests in autism spectrum disorders, speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech and language disorders.
